Tasting Note Fruit blended together from some of our unique
vineyards in the Hawkes Bay has produced a
wine of exquisite freshness, flavour and
approachability.
Hawkes Bay Sauvignon Blanc is generally softer and more
approachable than its Marlborough cousin,
Passionfruit, gooseberry and red capsicum envelop the nose
and entice the taste buds, while subtle lime peel aromas are
also present. Passionfruit and capsicum flavours dominate a
palate that finishes with a lengthy acidic zing.
A prime example of the extraordinary drinkability of Hawkes
Bay Sauvignon Blanc. Great as a summer BBQ or lunchtime
aperitif and/or an accompaniment to seafood cuisine.
Best consumed within 2 years of the bottling date.
