Tasting Note Following on from the internationally acclaimed 1999 vintage – the 2000 Blanc de Blanc has a fine palate with an abundance of flavour.
The white chocolate comes to the fore with the bready, autolysis character sitting with the peach to give a seamless palate with a long smooth finish. Reminiscent of a crème brûlée.
A fantastic aperitif, palate cleanser and celebratory toast.
Exquisite with oysters.
