Tasting Note A unique New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc created using methods similar to the whites produced from Graves and Pessac-Leognan, Bordeaux, France. It exhibits subtle oak characters, complexity, texture and balance.
A young lively wine with a light green hue. On the nose it displays sweet citrus and tropical fruits of guava and pawpaw. Subtle use of oak (9 months on lees) has produced a round mouth feel while providing weight to the palate.
A tightly structured wine that satisfies from the first aroma to waft from the glass to the last sip of the night.
