Tasting Note A superb growing season certainly favoured a more cellaring style of Riesling this vintage, with the fruit being picked at desired acidity levels. This wine portrays concentrated flinty limes, quince, green apples with
mineral undertones.
It is medium weighted, long and layered showing all the hallmarks of a wine that can age extremely gracefully.
Superb match to scallops and fresh fish dishes.
