Tasting Note An aromatic wine displaying nuances of flinty limes and mandarins with underlying honey characters. A crisp and lively palate compliments the lingering lemon, green apple, mineral and rosewater flavoured finish. A fine example of what our Stone Creek vineyard can achieve. Enjoy now, but will also reward 2-3 years cellaring. A good accompaniment to fish and summer salads.
